SMB plan, is specifically designed for small businesses where the IT support required is limited. We will troubleshoot and resolve your problem using our remote access service, telephone and/or email.

The man hours are based on the customer’s need and are charged per hour.

This business plan provides you with a complete support package in case your company requires ongoing support and managed services. 

The plan covers up to 55 hours support continuous 5×8 hours/week during business hours. 

Our advanced plan is ideal if hardware and software issues and problems are critical for your business. Some of the privileges are the continuous follow up and backup, technical support, secured data and immediate response. 

It includes 100 hours support and immediate response to all enquires within an hour.
